Photographer’s Note
After a long and dusty, dirt-road trek from Strong Falls, the way wends to a cluster of cataracts known as the "Inner Falls" of Marinette County. They are indeed, "inner" -- it's a trek over rugged terrain the equivalent of about three American football fields to get to Eighteen Foot Falls. It's well worth the trek. I'm offering several perspectives on this one because there's really no way I could find to get a fully unobscured view of the falls without endangering myself. I couldn't get below the falls to look up, but hopefully this gives a flavor of the place.
