Madsion WI has a kite festival on the frozen lake in February. Kites of all shapes and sizes brave the bone-chilling temperatures. This shot highlights the crisp, winter day. I like the implied twisting motion in the wind.

I like it,The colors is real,I think that you creat a semi-dynamic shot,for kind of subject here.
The clouds emission in bottom & top of frame with soft blue in center are great in your composition.Well seen & good timming you captured it.Well done!
