[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A big picture view of the Cedar Haven Alpaca Farm. My goal here was not to show details of the alpaca themselves, but rather the setting where they live here in northeast Wisconsin. It's a rugged, rustic spot, not far from a lake, and -- especially when the clouds are like this -- lovely to behold.

Very nice landscape.
I would have tried to take it closer just to avoid seeing the fences.

Oh, my word, Jim, this is beautiful!! The depth is incredible and those colors are just WOW!! I like the way the farmhouse and barn is situated on that hilltop with that fabulous sky above and the light is perfect. I never knew Wisconsin was so absolutely gorgeous. Great shot!!

Beautiful composition of this Wisconsin dairy farm. Nice three dimensional layer.

Best regards,

Rob

Hello Jim
Reading your intro. I realize we started photo. with the almost same equipment.Mine was Canon AE-1 for one year, was stolen and replace with the AE-1P, now use by my daughter.
You did realize a very pleasing shot here, thanks to the diagonal lines of clouds, and a good light on the whole composition.
I ate some Alpaca steak during my stay in Peru, good, but beef stays there at the top.
You did achieve a good sense of depth.
Have a good WE
Charles
