The neighborhood adjacent to this steel mill is like the demilitarized zone & the kids probably get popped on the corners for smoking weed while the steel factory pollutes the entire city...

Clevelanders consider this area perhaps 'Slavic Village' although the Slavs departed for the suburbs 20 years ago...
