Photographer's Note
Marietta -small but very beautiful and historic place in the South-eastern Ohio. Named after Marie Antoinette it was founded in 1788. It was one of the first settlements in Northwest Territory.

Hello Ira! I actually miss small town atmospheres that are so much found in the States and yet not very well represented here on TE. They would have a great potential in my eyes with beautiful old buildings like you show them. Maybe you can change that on TE :))) Nice work, continue ... Happy 2009 ... Barbara.

This is a nice shot of this small town. You have managed to capture the essence of this small town with pickup trucks showing the rural atmosphere. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The angle of the shot gives the scene a nice sense of depth and direction.
