Cedar Falls II
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This was taken in Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio. The Hocking Hills has a whole lot of waterfalls but Cedar Falls is the most famous and has the most water running over it. In the spring, this waterfall will be much fuller. Cedar Falls is 50 ft. high and if you are in Columbus or Central Ohio I would recommend visiting the Hocking Hills. Not only does it have waterfalls, but it has caves, deep gorges, and lots of trees that must look awesome in the fall. I took this pictures with my tiny tripod on the ground so that gave it a diffferent perspective. I increased the highlight to brighten the picture, and I added a little bit more saturation. I also sharpened it as it lost some sharpness when I converted it to 200 KB. Thanks for looking. |

Hi Kevin,
Beautiful colors, the lovely bit of green really highlights the multi colors rock, very well framed and cropped.
Regards, Tom
Hi Kevin,
Excelent POV, great detail and impressive textures. The note is very useful as well. I love the play of lines in the rocks, wish you had a tripod to expose longer as the water thread is rather narrow. Great image though, thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Catalin
