| Taken last weekend at Hocking Hills Ohio. I was hoping to get some fall color shots, but that area isn't quite ready for that just yet. Maybe this coming weekend. |

Scott: Very nice photo with an excellent choice of aperture setting and shutter speed. Your note is a perfect example of how a photographer should adjust to turn something disappointing (fall colors not quite there yet) into a positive by getting a wonderful shot like this one. You may not have gotten the reds and yellows you were looking for but the greens here are great.

Hello Scott -
This is a very nice and pleasing image. I like how the stream kind of sneaks into the image and wanders and steps down. The veiling of the water has been done to perfection. The composition IMO looks OK but did you try a vertical composition without the two imposing rocks? The one thing thats making me question this composition is the deep black shadows on the right. The shadows seems to take away for the image. The other rock is OK but IMO it does impinge at bit. Just my opinion for what it's worth. Well done.
Thanks for sharing
I like this kind of landcape, rocks, water stream, forest trees.
All is very romantic, lovely, charming and well composed.
Regards,
Alberto.
