Journey's End. A beautiful old home on the banks of the Ohio River. Most likely once one of the HUGE farms that lined the Ohio with hundreds of acres. Now few and far between.

Hi Shelly
Whenever I see houses like this, I stop the car and take a picture. Of course later I am disapponted by the effect but the houses have such a charm that this is worth memorising them. But you succided to catch this is sunk in the green of the trees very well. It is always difficult to balance darkness of the green and a brightness of the white. Nice photo

Hi Shelly, nice sharp soothing colors, reminds me of the book "River Hawk" which was about going across America by small boat. The Ohio river got ink in this one it said that it is a river of much character.
