[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture was taken about a year ago when we moved to Omaha, NE. This is a view of downtown. The tall building in the left is the tallest building in Omaha. The name of the building is One First National Center and it is 45 stories high (634 ft). It was finish in 2002 and it added a more contemporary look to Omaha's Downtown.
I hope you'll like it

Hello Daniel,
I have heard that Omaha and Lincoln are very nice places to live and excellent for raising families. You probably know that Omaha is the birth place of Marlon Brando and the city where one of my favorite movies was filmed, "All about Schmidt" starring Jack Nicholson. I am very impressed with the clarity and sharpness of your excellent photo. This is a beautiful park and an attractive skyline. The digicams have an advantage over DSLRs in one respect; you get better DOF with the wider apertures. This a great shot and I can see why your live here. Well done! (I am a CU Buffalo fan, but I still like Nebraska and Nabraskans).

hi daniel

a crispy clean, post-card perfect capture of your new home town. i like it. nonetheless, even though i understand the "cuteness factor" of the swans, i feel they are out of place in your composition. either they need more space or they need to be higher up in the river/on the bank. given their current position, i would just clone them out.

other than that, well seen and presented.

Hi Daniel,
Lovely crisp shot! Beautiful colors as well. I was just wondering that if you had kept the top of the building too, it might have been even better.
Thanks for sharing,
Shaeri

Hello Daniel,
Wonderful combination of modern architecture and nature.
The light and colours are great and the swan add the final touch for a nice composition.

Marianne

hello Daniel,
I like the clarity in this shot, everything seems fresh and crisp, as it should be in spring. I also like how you've composed the shot with the bridge nicely dividing the lower green and "nature" part from the upper blue glass and citu part, while the line of trees makes sure those two parts are not entirely unrelated. about the swans - I think they certainly add a nice touch to the photo, but I agree that they would probably need a bit more space. and may be the second swan could be persuaded to pose for you to give a better recognisable silhouette :) but that's a minor point, nice shot.
best,
Kristine

Hello Daniel,
good shot well composed and presented. The bridge is marking the line between the green zone and the buildings zone, creating a nice contrast. What I like most are the colours, so bright and vibrant while the quality is excellent throughout.
Thanks for sharing,
regards

Igor
