Very nice.

I am quite surprised at how clean the cars are, especially the very rare, red "Burlington Route" boxcar. The Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad, which painted their road equipment bright red and black, merged with the Great Northern and Northern Pacific Railroads in 1970, and virtually all of their rolling stock was immediately repainted forest green. Great find!

The locking arms across the doors look almost like a ribbon, giving it a holiday feel.

Merry Christmas and thanks for the present!

Hi Jerome,
Interesting shot with strong perspective. Lines of blue sky and snow work well. Good selection of bright colours on those freight cars. And old carts suggest this station has seen busier days. I wish the vanishing point on the right would be within the frame.
