Hello Larry,

A good use of B&W for this winter's landscape. An image rich in contrast and with a great depht of field. The "silhouet" of the elemments arise very wel in the white of the snow.

Hi Larry,
The way that tractor and rake hang out on open snowy field give an impression that it was still in use last summer. But not, I guess. B&W works well. Well balanced composition where background details show above the tractor.

Good old skool tractor captured well with the rake. I would like to have one like this :-) Pleasing contrast and saturation of this b+w image.

A peaceful scene enhanced by the predominance of horizontal lines in this image. This is an old tractor by the looks of things. The wheels and tires have a 1940's look to them.

Hello Larry, the b&w suits the subject really well,defining the shapes of the old tractor and the rake.
You obviously have extremely cold weather in Nebraska!

A really great call to make this one The black and white, since there probably is not much other colors at the time anyway. It really bring out the contast of the snow and the rustic tractor. This old tractor with the agricultural machinery makes an excellent silhouette on the snow background for this B&W shot. I also note the interesting perspective created by the two tress, leading the sight to the line of other trees in the background.

Hello Larry,

Maybe this fine piece of old machinery deserves a better place to spend retirement days..!
I found a rusty old tractor myself, obviously having spent many years outdoor in rain and snow while a museum would be a better place...
The contrasty b&w enhances the feeling of left behind, nice work!
