Hello Larry,

A very nice winter's landsacpe with the river which give a great propsect effect. Nice harmony in the colours too with the snow's white colours very well collected.

Hello Larry,
I love the peaceful winter mood in this photo. The tree branches covered in snow are so graceful, and so is the creek running through the scene. This shot would make a lovely painting!

Welcome back. I did not realize that you were away because of an accident. Anyway this is a superb winter shot. Who can resist hoar frost and the beauty it creates albeit temporarily. I like the interplay of the browns tones with the whites. Well done.

I had missed you, but didn't realize you'd been in an accident. I'm so sorry to hear that and glad to see you back. Beautiful shot, too. The river is a wonderful lead in and I like the minimal colors. That frost makes everything look like a fairy tale. Marvelous shot! Many thanks and best wishes!

Larry, this is a fine one, the exposure for the snow and contrast free environment is handled perfectly. There is nothing wrong with the shot but by way of a suggestion you might try a circular polariser, it usually makes these kind of shots pop, assuming there is enough light to make using it worthwhile. Really fine color for this winterscape too.

Hello Larry, so sorry to hear that you have been involved in an accident; but hope that you are well on the way to a full recovery.

I had missed you on TE although I haven't been posting as regularly as I have in the past.

This shot is really beautiful in my opinion, and deserves more recognition.The subtle colours are wonderful.
The square format works well for the composition.
The tiny piece of reflection completes the shot for me.

Perfect winter wonderland scenery. Wow, composition, technicality, you got it just right on this one, you've come a long way in such a short time. I like that everything is very gentle, not too strong contrast or saturation in colors, all is beautiful the way nature presented. My complements.

Hello Larry,

This is a beautiful image, showing the season at its best!
The contrasty tree trunks really stand out in the in the frost, all seen on the background of the pale winter sky...
An attractive composition, where the little stream makes the perfect lead-in!
