...."The Line Up"....
I discovered ...."The Line Up"... of these old trucks in a cattle
pasture near The Platte River in Central Nebraska, USA.
The old gentleman that owns these trucks was in the construction
business for many years. His company built roads, commercial
buildings and homes. This line of trucks includes Fords, Chevy's,
Dodges and even some old military trucks.
The newest license plate I could find was 1974 (34 years ago).
Most of these trucks date back to the 1940's and 1950"s.
Thanks to everyone for looking in.
Original, sized, sharpened and framed for TE

Awesome! I love such old and destroyed cars. I have seen similar in Canada but not that many in one place. Good job :)

These old trucks on line makes a very beautiful graphic effect. A POV well selected, a good propsect and colours well collected.
Have a good evening,

Great capture of these old, foregotten trucks which obviously have been left to rust in the countryside. It's amazing how we can find beauty or art in almost anything, if we know how to look for it. You've done just that and the result is an appealing image. Good use of a wide panaramic format. Well seen and well done.

Uniform style and even lining makes an effective composition. I like all the colours mixed with rust on this excellent sidelight. A large panorama version would be great.

This is very unique view, all the trucks on one line, here in Belgium can this not, no truck or cars open on a meadow.
I find this very nice certainly the old trucks almost so old as me.
Nice composition and good perspective through the long line trucks, very well done, TFS.

Hello Larry, the way that you have presented this shot really suits the subject.
I like the way that the trucks are so evenly spaced, and their colours despite the rust are very attractive.
The trees and the blue sky make a good backdrop.
Tfs, best wishes Jean.

This is an interesting scene! Your composition is fine using the line of old trucks to create a diagonal through the scene. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail.

Ruins they are, transportation? I wouldn't take them on my trip, I won't get there on time, I'll just hike. It's a great shot and great discovery. I were to find it, I would have stop and go crazy shotting. A perfect line up. Great details and clarity. There seem to be some kind of streak across part of the sky, I can't tell what they are. Perhaps power lines. I don't know but there is no power pole. Maybe it is not included in this composition which is a good idea not to. Very good one. I love it.

Strange, but intriguing scene. Puts me in mind of recent travels in the Southwestern States. Some small towns in Utah it seems almost obligatory to park up one or two rusty old cars in your yard - this guy is clearly the king of oneupmanship!
It's a phenomenom virtually unknown in the UK - but I guess we just don't have the space!

hello larry, love the tight crop in this shot, so many varied colours of the "laid to rest" trucks well spotted

An amazing view of this truck graveyard, lining up the old workhorses in their final resting place!
Seems like nature is taking its toll as rust is starting its long process but I guess it will take time in dry inland climate...
Interesting documentary with good details!

Could very well be a scene from an AMerican film. The lined-up trucks are most attractive and create a good graphic appeal. Interesting to read comments from Europeans re: space. Good day my friend....Danilo

Hello Larry. Those vintage trucks must have worth a lot of money if restored. Excellent wide frame showing us tho row of trucks abandoned in this field. Thanks for sharing and best regards. Jusni

The thumbnail is really not giving much to this shot, and I am glad I open it up. Very good capture of the neat line of trucks as if on a military drill. I like the rustic old look in different colors and well shot under the bright sun.

una fila fantastica di old trucks ,che ad un amante degli States non poteva passare inosservata.
Buona l'idea dello scatto e il taglio stretto, una composizione eccellente

Larry, to me I think this one is "The Usual Suspects"... It is a good one in any case, the color is good and I like the panorama framing. Good work.
