Photographer’s Note
I was looking for something to suit "The Existance of Man". Jet trails in the sky and initials on tree trunks just didn't click. Then I shot out my kitchen window and this shot seemed to say that my window on life is another person's window. The original negative was precisely focused on the window screen of my window. That detail is lost in cropping to 800 pix max, sorry.

This is a very nice still life and it works well in b&w, actually can't imagine it in color :-)
The composition of the window within the window frame is strong, and the subdivisions in the upper halves add some interesting structure, echoed by the brickwall. Love it!
