...."The Barn - I"....
This barn has always interested me. It is located
on a Ranch 4 miles west of us just into the hills.
...."The Barn - I"...., can only be seen from the
road about 3/4 of a mile south of it. As you get
closer the road drops down and the barn is gone.
We have stopped below the barn and climbed a large
hill, many many times, and always something
wrong. Wind, Sun, Clouds, etc. This past Sunday
morning early I finally got the image. I like the PoV,
fence for scale, the fall grasses and the windmill all
make ....'The Barn - I"....stand out.
Thanks to everyone for looking in.

This lovely image, do my think at the old Flemish painters, this is almost the same style.
Quality and sharpness are perfect.
Captured and composed together with presentation care for a wonderful picture.
Very well done, TFS.

It's easy to see why it's would be an interest to you. There something charming and down to earth about the barn. it's a way of life. There's so much childhood stories that relate to a barn. When composed well, it's would be a lovely image. You almost have it here. the color is beautiful and composition is near perfect. The only thing is the foreground covers up too much of the barn and the windmill. I understand there may not be much you can do about, unless you can find a higher ground for a higher POV, otherwise it's hard to get. perhaps you can try to go up the hill a little. I don't know if that would actually give you better view. So, you did the best with the condition. Thanks Larry.

La composition est toute simple et montre toute la beauté rurale et la nature presque intacte de ces belles régions. Les couleurs sont magnifiques.

Un bon cadrage de cette grange dans cette campagne où l'automne n'a pas encore montré ses couleurs.

I guess this is where I'll see you Larry from now on. This is well composed. It has a charming and rustic feel. The brown grasses on the f/g, the study tree to the left, and the blue sky effectively showcase the barn. Have a good day my friend...Danilo

This is a nice contribution to my barn collection!
I also notice the classical windmill also is in place...
A pleasant composition, where the grassy field in front leads nicely to the subject!

I was away for a while and found your TL account minus all the pictures. I did not understand the email that you sent me. What happened, Larry

Hi My Friend;
Again, an interesting and excellent shoot.
The sharpness and overall clarity are lovely and you have made excellent use of the foreground to produce a very polished image.
Good Luck Larry.

The barn is such a popular subject on TE and I understand how it becomes a favorite photography target with the overgrown grass of colorful FG and the natural setting of the environment, but I can see you have to go deep into the field to get this POV.
The silence and scenery is worth the chance to shoot this view. The half view of the barn makes it a little mysterious here and shows a sign of being deserted.

belle photo de ces hautes herbes, deces arbres, le tout cachant presque cette superbe maison avec cette hélice qui tourne au grés du vent.
