this is beautiful! I love the way the river curves into the shot and is so beautifully framed by the trees. Wonderful blue tones contrasted nicely by the warm light and warmer tones of the winter grasses. This is a really lovely shot! Many thanks and kindest wishes,
Hope you are doing well!

A real winter landscape, the curve in these river care for excellent depth and good perspective.
I find the generally picture very soft of colours, good presentation too.
Very well done, TFS.

There isa a nice use of the "S" curve to bring the eye into this shot and a good mixture of brown and blue tones. A pleasing shot of winter turning into spring.

Une tonalité bleue très agréable pour ce rendu de la glace et de la neige dans cet environnement avec ces herbes de teintes chaudes donnant ainsi un bon équilibre à l'image.

It certainly looks cold, & you've captured that feeling well, here. Superb sharpness, & the icy road adds good lead in lines, & perspective. Tfs!

I remembered this scene but the frozen ice path contrasting well with the contrasting landscape. Very good framing and depth under light and shade.
TFS and best regards,

des lumières très douces et des teintes froides de l'hiver.
J'aime beaucoup ce format carré qui n'écrase rien. Le genre de photo qui invite à la balade.
All the best.

This is a nice winter shot. The frozen river leads the eye through the shot nicely. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The bare trees provide nice framing for the scene.

Amazing, I guess the snowy surface can reflect the color of blue sky, nice view with only blue against brown, naked branches create poetic flavour, thanks for sharing a natural corner.

Beautiful little river. Isn't it amazing how many different details appear on nothing but frozen water. I guess stream is not strong there as it doesn't stay open.

Hi Larry, you have discovered a great place for these shots.Still a very cold looking place but with a little more colour than your 'Frosty...'picture.
I like it a lot.
Good textures and a good composition.
Tfs, regards Jean.

A fine winter atmosphere, with the creek winding between the trees!
Maybe a fine place to go skating, that is if the ice will hold the weight...
Fine light and good details, a well balanced composition!

Sometimes it is simply amazing to think of seasonal changes in the temperate zones whereas we are located in tropical zones of hot all-year-round weather. I know seasons are welcome by many people, especially spring summer and autumn.
With winter leaving behind now, this scene of the river must now be spring colors with good color of green?
You live in a nice country side with natural settings.
