[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I recently spent some time in Branson, Missouri. This picture was taken out on Table Rock Lake.

I'd been wanting to try this two tone effect for a while and finally found the opportunity! What do you thing?

Hi Nagi,

although I find the idea interresting, I would have kept the horyzons aligned. Here's what I did: Took the color part, streched it about 15% more in height, and re-positionned it to match the same water level. That somehow made the picture less nervous.

Pascal

the idea is cool but the frame in subject is off balance. I have never tried this could you shed some more light on how you did this. Also try the same thing again but with balanced horizon as Pascal commented

See my workshop version. I made the horizon match, removed the resized central portion, left the color / grayscale effect.
