Photo of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. It was my first time to this fun city and going into the elevators built in the 60's (and also a technological masterpiece) to reach the top of the arch was very exciting. BTW, St. Louis has a great 'little Italy', with some amazing restaurants. Highly recommended!

Very nice view of the St Louis Arch, the B&W treatment is a very good idea.

This monument is so huge that it is hard to get a decent photography. A good place to take a picture is one of the bridges on the Mississippi River (morning time is best). The view from the top of the Arch is also great but photography is poor due to the thick dirty scratchy glass-windows.
