One of the 4 giant shuttlecocks at the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum. The adorn the front lawn of the Museum along with many other scuptures. If you get the chance to go to Kansas City make this place a stop.

Great. Both the photo and the artwork. What makes it more interesting is the standing point!

wonderful shot, excellent pov and composition and a
great piece of art - looks like it could be from claes oldenburg.
well done & take care, thor.

Hi Mel. Nice shot of this nice architecture. A good composition with due sharpness of the subject. Regards.

Very funny object, Mel
This extra-large shuttlecock makes such a big impact to your photo. Amazing how extra ordinary it is and it makes me curious to see the racguet.
Very good shot.

Hello Mel,
Until I saw that this huge replica of a badmitten shuttlecock was in Kansas City I thought that this might be a Texas-sized one. Fascinating sculpture. I did a doubletake when I first opened this image from the thumbnails. Excellent photo!

Hi Mel,
Nice shot, good composition and POV.
You are already a great photograher!
You defintely have a 'good eye' for selecting your subjects.
Sorry I can not give you points for your pictures. I not sure why my critique ability has been disabled until May 27, I can only comment.
