I found this homeless man sleeping soundly on a bench at the largest fountain in Kansas City. Families with loud kids playing right next to him and yet no bother to this man.

Hi Mel,
I love your point of view here and the contrast between the man and the bright green grass in the background. Good use of depth of field, and the shot has a nice peaceful feeling to it.
Regards
Wanda

Nice shot Mel of this relax mode. I wished you could have moved little closer to get a bit of sharpness in his fingers crossed. Since he was sleeping so fast he wouldn't have felt your closer approach. Otherwise, it is taken from a good angle.TFS. Regards.

Elle est marrante cette photo et tres originale... Soit dit en passant le titre me rassure j'avais cru qu'il s'agissait d'un nouveau "dormeur du val"... Felicitations...

Wooo.... what a busy day today for me... i hope u r not. Anyway, nice photo with nice perspective. It is sad to see a man with no place to stay. it is a real social problem, or inequality. You brought a very important topic from this picture. socilogists would like to see and discuss about this. Well done my friend. Sothy

Hi Mel,

I like how it seems as if he is actually laying in the grass. The lens does wonders. Here in the city, there are lots of people like him, but he looks nice and peaceful resting on his bench.

Wow Mel. What a wonderful shot. I like that it shows someone with little resources free from the typical bleak setting. I sure this man has his share of sad stories but what I think we forget is that he may also have warm content days in the sun in a field of flowers. Loved it. Thanks.

Hi,
Well spotted. He sure looks oblivious. Good use of sharp selective focus. I might have gone a bit closer on this angle but a great shot. Thanks.
Dougie.
