Photographer’s Note

Kansas City, Missouri, apparently has more fountains than nearly every city on Earth, and it is especially evident in Country Club Plaza, a downtown shopping and social district with countless interesting fountains and statues.

This fountain is one of the more discrete ones, but I really loved the artwork on it and decided to try and get some good B&W and color shots both. This shot was the best of the group. The angle of the two faces is what interests me most. They are full of character to me.
