| A view of a waterfall through the trees in Cascade River Park, Minnesota. At one point this day it was -11 degrees C, so no wonder a part of the stream/river below had frozen. Many waterfalls in this park were found with massive icicles, on the metre scale. Most of the trees in the area had already shed their leaves, but even the coniferous trees as seen in this photo had changed colour slightly. Later on that day i also saw a few deer randomly wondering around the road, blocking us from leaving the park, and a previous day had spotted a beaver or two. |
