buck moore dam on lake ogechie. bouys are in place to alert boaters of the danger. the rum river flows from the dam, travels about 100 miles and joins the mississippi river in anoka, minnesota. native americans prized this area for it's abundant wildlife and wild rice. polarizer used to help the reflection off the water.
