This sentinel is now a museum on Minnesota's North Shore. It used to mark that outcropping for cargo vessels on Lake Superior before the days of radar.
This photo is shot from across the bay at Split Rock State Park on a day when the fog was rolling in and out from the coast. In Photoshop, I cropped the view and edited colors and sharpness to give it an "oil painting" feel.

I like this shot very much, but it does deserve to be presented in full size, as 800x679 pixels instead of 424x360 pixels as you have it. It is composed well, with the fog pervading the lower areas between the cliffs.
