Hey george,
This is a nice scene of Detroit...I like your composition very much, the closeness to the car and the fact that there are no people on the streets. I think the dark tones are a bit too much for me, though...
TFS!

Detroit. Detroit, cars. Cars, Firestone, tyres. Tyres, road.
Hatter??

as a matter of fact I like it dark. and since I said earlier wide angle forever, well, 24mm, etc. you know.
people are great. but sometimes no people is better.

A stranger in a strange land........your theme title really rings here......I feel the loneliness and isolation of someone who doesn't quite belong, the anonymity of the lone car, the wide open space of the road, the empty sidewalks, the tiger reference again but not something I buy into, emblems of an alternative universe I happen to find myself in - the dark tones emphasizing that other worldliness.........the unbearable peoplelessness of being...........
