[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The shoreline of southern Lake Michigan near the town of Bridgman, Michigan. Picture taken on a somewhat typical foggy day on this southwestern side of the lake where lake effect rain/snow materializes much of the year.

The thing is, with this wealth of colours, the golden sand and azure water, this could be South East Asia, and that fog is the haze of humidity ...
I'd almost believe it.
Great composition and POV, good shot.

Hello Colin. I would say its a sunny day because of the lighting on the foreground, but then again the mist in the distance creates a wonderful atmosphere at this shoreline. The wide perspective makes me feel like I am standing right in this scene. Thanks for sharing!

This is a really nice photo. The colors are beautiful and the waves look very lovely.

Colin,
This is a nice shot with great perspective and a balanced combination of colours. Made me homesick, as I spend a few years in the vicinity back in the 70s.
