I've been waiting to capture a sunset like this one, at this place!
I was on my way to our Central KS Photography Club

The wait was worth it. It does pay to keep a mental note of places that are likely to make a good photo if the conditions are right. Composition works weel and the very dark silhouette is just perfect.

Really a very productive wait!
The cold-blue colors mixed with the warm-orange zones in the sky used as an impressive background for the black trees silhouette, is really perfect. A new day has born.
The bottom dark zone is a bit big, it would have been better to get more part of the blue sky and a little less of the dark zone.
Just one more thing, did you take another shot two minutes early? I told you that because the sun rays effect doesn't like me very much, as it seems to me it is not natural. This is my opinion just to make a constructive critique. Very good job Jerry.

Bonjour Jerry,
Un bon contre jour oui les silhouettes précises des arbres se détachent bien du ciel coloré. Peut-être que la partie basse de la photo est trop importante par rapport au reste.

Very beauriful sunset. The tree branches look really great. I like the fact that there is also blue in the sky as well as orange. Great shot.
