Not much to say about a windmill :P
This particular one is on the school grounds where I work.

this is nice, but next time might i suggest moving in closer to the windmill and using a wider angle lens. also move the windmill out of the center of the image. i think by doing that that the windmill will really pop out more at the viewer, and possibly eliminate or minimize some of the distracting background elements such as the school and fence. nice exposure.

Hi Jenny!
I post a WS, just to show you what can you do with your camera.
you know, my digital camera doesn´t support extra lenses, but it just depends on you and your creativity. Of course that a good pair of lenses would help, but I cannot affort one of those at the moment!
So, there´s a program, Picasa, which I use to do some small workshop. Photoshop is not easy, I cannot understand it yet, and this Picasa is quite simple and very "friendly user".
Just crop, to off center and a small touch to difuse the distracting elements of the back.
Besos and have a nice weekend.
Paula.
Hello Jenny.
it is an interesting juxtaposition of elements here. The classic looking windmill coupled with the more modern looking building in the background. The small patch of land that the windmill sits on looks like it was cut from a small piece of land in the mid-west.
Regards,
Chris.
