[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this picture back in August here in Council Bluffs. That hot summer night with full moon when the mist from this fountain was a pleasant feel, not so now with snow and ice and 20 degree below freezing. This scene does look like an alien idea!

I did check for the exposure time though aperture f/8 is good for DOF.
