This tool is use for tire up steal wire in Bentonsport bridge. It's look like an symbol of letter X.

Let's me give you a brief introduction about Bentonsport bridge:
The bridge was operated and maintained by the Van Buren Country Road Department untill 1985 as a vehicular bridge. Ownership for the bridge was transferred to the Country Conservation Department on April 1, 1986.

In 1994, the Bentonsport Improvement Association and following donor provided funds for construction of a pedestrian walkway.

All labor and materiels were contracted locally with the contract for construction of the walkway being awarded to Smith Seeding Company for $42,306. Total cost for this project exceeded $100,000. This bridge isthe oldest truss span bridge existing across the Des Moines river.

Hi Tola,
nice composition. I tried a WS to improve colors. Hope you like it!

Hi Tola:

Nice image. Very strong composition and a strong feeling also. I am going to try it in Black and White to post as a workshop, mostly because my early photography training was in largely in Black and White and sometimes I see images that just seem like they work well that way. With old rusty objects like this I used to try sepia toning in my darkroom and still do this with Photoshop.
