This is Pearson House Museum. This house was build during 1840s, that many classic tools that people used them every daily life, I am so proud to see the a wooden washer machine, whish I have seen it before in movie and text book. Till now I can see clearly and know how to operate it. It was so fantastic trip on my weekend.
As you can see the big bell on the top, next to the museum, this is used for alert the Tornado, because it used to happen badly in the town before. |

Hi Tola:
Great shot of this American Historical site, and interesting relationship between the bell tower and the tornado alerts. I hope you never see one of these close up as it can still happen in this area. Do you know the movie "Wizard of Oz"? This movie started out Kansas, but tornados could move from Kansas across to Iowa very quickly and easily. "Run Toto, run, run!" 555
