A snowstorm recently turned what would typically be a 3 hour drive into an intense 6 hour ordeal. Oh, the joys of winter... I was able to pry one hand off the steering wheel for a couple seconds, however, and got a shot that I think represents a midwest snow storm well. Enjoy.

Hello Mark! Is this a scene from Fargo maybe :))) I find your photo has a great potential, it might be a little bit noisy in the white part, nevertheless it has a wonderful atmosphere of a bitter cold winter day. Sometimes it is maybe worth to stop somewhere so you do not have to shoot through the window but you might have caught cold hands, probably you would have. I have a friend that lives in Iowa City and she told me a million times that I should visit, so maybe winter would be a solution :))) Happy New Year ... Barbara.
