Photographer’s Note
This was taken from a car window looking up from the bottom of the building. The right part of the photo seemed to have a natural frame. So I copied those and put them on the left to make it even. A also increased the saturation to max since it was cloudy and the colors were dull. Then I selected just the building and increased the highlight to brighten the building.
