Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians & Western Art

The Eiteljorg Museum is unique, one of two museums east of the Mississippi with both Native American and Western art. Located in downtown Indianapolis, the museum is within walking distance of the RCA Dome, Circle Centre mall and major downtown hotels. The building's distinctive design was inspired by the land, people and architecture of the American Southwest. The American Western Gallery includes works from the Taos, N.M., Artists' Colony as well as pieces from such legends as Remington and Russell. Contemporary artists who tell the story of today's West are also represented and the Native American collection includes pottery, basketry, sculpture and other artifacts from all 10 North American native cultural areas.

Evening Tolga. This certainly is a bit of a strange looking building, but I like the shades and textures of it. As for your image, it's nice and sharp and well exposed allowing us to see this detail. The snow on the ground and the sky are well cool. It looks like the lighting conditions were quite difficult, but you've pulled it off.

I like the sky ... very dramatic in contrast to the snow ... there is tension between the sky and the ground and the building is like the mediator between the two.

Merhaba Tolga,
I like here especially beautiful blue tones of snow and sky. Nice contrast with those orange and rose colours of that building. I like the whole atmosphere here. Impressive!!! regards. maki

Sanirim Indianapolis'e geldigim zaman bu muzeyi gorme sansim olmadi ama burayi cok guzel fotograflamissin ellerine saglik.
