Beautiful picture. Great mood, I have photos taken at twilight like this dark sky but I haven't great succes yet, so I recognise yours :)

I like this point of view which captures the monumentality of the church. The lighting also is nicely captured adding to that monumental feel against the dark night. The car adds some motion to the scene and is a sort of static vs. dynamic feel. And it's also much cleaner than the previous one which is also a great improvement. I really like how you've captured the way the lights seem to fade toward the top and left giving the feel of the church fading into the night.

I was going to respond to your message but will do it here. I looked up the camera and it seems it's totally automatic. So that might rule out getting some nice streaking blurs of traffic, which would be great in this point of view. But I was going to say there are ways to trick the camera by metering different parts of the scene, not necessarily the final composition, until you get an exposure you like. I used to do that with my previous all automatic digital camera.

Good night view. Nice work with the light.. the colourful spots of the lamps add in a certain way something more to the composition. Good perspective

It must have been a difficult shot, but you brought it to a good end, Herbert. This cathedral might be not as old as European's, but it's still a piece of masterwork.

Hiya Herbert, nice reflective lighting and colours, the great POV really enhances the building, could be a touch sharper or USM'd, very nice composition, well captured!
