The historic Madison/Wabash station, looking south on the Loop platform.Madison is one of the few remaining examples of early Loop design and in my opinion one of the most interesting stations in Chicago.Nestled among all these skyscrapers with wooden floor and many ornamentations resembling the Baroque looks like it would be from other era.I hope you´ll like it as much as I did.

pieknie wykonane zdjecie wspanialej nieskonczonej perspektywy ze swietnego punktu widzenia. Ta stacja wyglada imponujaco. Swietnia kompozycja z bardzo dobrym swiatlem i czystoscia kadru. Bardzo dobra ostrosc tego zdjecia. Wspaniala praca. Moje gratulacje. Podoba mi sie to wykonanie.

Hi Krzysztof.

This is one of the things I remember best from Chicago. The old subway going above the streets, where it also creates a nice contrast some places against some of the new skyscrapers. So I think this illustrates the city very good. With a nice perspective and POV. Well done to keep the sun away.

Very different of your precedent post! But very nice too with here too an excellent managment of light (not esay) which give beuatiful contrast. The POV well selcetd nad the prospect open give an image with agreat depht effect.

photo very complicated and difficult to capture, but here, you have really shown to be an excellent photographer. The photo quality is impressive, especially the perfect sharpness and the good management of the light that allows us to see even the shadow detail. An intriguing composition. Stations are a good photographic subject. I like the long perspective given by the rails here and the sight of the building at the left. A good management of the light and an excellent clarity.

City view from tracks, a POV every commuter see daily, very clear in details, Krzysztof.
A "busy" picture with no sky except for a partial mirror, and with many architecture's styles within.
A good light and depth collected well.

A picture with a lots and lots of diagonal
lines (great point of view and composition)
Not only the rails, also the roofs of the
trainstation and the "lines" of the windows
and even the buildings. Also nice is the
color-tone. Light management is also great:
there no hard shadows or overlighted pieces.

A picturesque impression of this urban train station with spectacular composition and flanked by concrete jungle. The long perspective and extensive depth created by the strong diagonal lines lead the eyes constantly to infinity. But I really enjoy the sense of space and great distance effect, in fine colors, sharpness and the overall contrast. A delightful image well taken. Congrats.
