I find this use of post-processing to be a bit disturbing to the eye - why not enjoy the fact that it was overcast? Clouds produce wonderful diffused light - why deny them their appearance in the photograph?

One of my favorites cities. NYC is the first and SF the second. Chicago during the summer is fantastic. Try cropping the right side brick n black windows on right. Also corner of building on left, they have NO USE in the picture. Then Straighten the Horizon...your picture is crooked...I like it otherwise

Rudolph, I have to agree about the sky to a certain extent. With the crisp lines of the buildings, it looks a little CGI. Kind of cool in it's own right, but not as good as the real thing in my opinion. The rest looked good, but I did try a workshop to see if I could pull out the barrel distortion.
