Photographer’s Note
This was taken at the primate house in Brookfield Zoo which is in Brookfield a suburb of Chicago. The place is incredible. The animal areas are sunk about 60-70 ft below ground level so where visitors walk is effectively high in the trees for the animals. There are no bars. This shot was taken in the gorilla area not too long after a baby gorilla was born. I think this guy looks like the archtypical frustrated dad who can't get the kids to do what they're told.
Lost the exif data but i believe this was taken with the TCON-300, TCON -14B combo which has an equivalent fl of 600mm at f/2.8

Amazing pose and a funny title too. There is also a poignancy here as well.

Your animal photos capture the wild aspect in them although many are taken in zoos.
This particular one looks incredibly like Tom Trinko. Maybe, he is sorry he left Albania!
My husband Tim who shares this site with me is wondering if you are a fan of Monty Python, as you seem to have his type of humour.
