[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was another shot taken on the night of April 3 when a really awesome thunderstorm rolled through. So far, that night has been the best thunderstorm I have ever seen for taking lightning pictures. These strikes happened several seconds apart in the same area, within the 15 second exposure. I cropped it, increased the highlight, and ran through Neat Image. Neat Image reduced the quality some and after I cropped it, I realized I shouldn't have cropped it so the strike is in the dead center. But I just left it.

Great shot. Lightning is not easy at all to capture and you've done a tremendous job here. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for having the patience to actually capture lightening. I love your photos.

Hi Kevin
I know take this shot is very hard for you.
this is a very beautiful lightening.
Thanks for sharing.
Well done
afshin.

I have one question - What the heck is a "Home Made Polarizer?"

Good catch by the way.

No smiley's left today - tomorrow.

Damn, big smiley for playibg McGyver with the polaraizer.
Good work.
John

I have to add a smiley too. Anyone who makes there own polariser deserves to be in my favorites :) Amazing.

Great shot too. It's quite difficult to get lightening... I'm still speechless about the polariser!
