This is the first image of the statue which was on display at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park when I first visited. I tried to capture the texture of the carving and also the contrast with sky and shadows. The parkland is an excellent setting to view artwork in many forms and styles

Very interesting framing that makes almost a Daliesque composition.

Really surrealist! The play of light and shadow on the statue is great.

A very nice point of view for this statue !! The harsh light makes the white so intense, and it contrasts perfectly with the deep blue. I like how the shadows disturbs the white, just as the clouds are disturbing the sky.
Very well done, congrats !

Excellent composition and with excellent light and colour. I would say that is daring.
I like very much.

Very original photo.
In french the title could have been: "La tÍte dans les nuages"
