About the Museum, please read post #1
Here is a souvenir shop, located near the entrance, very few people there, as in all the Museum
What interested me is the contrast between the old house with the dark wooden and the new construction in light wooden, made to use in summer, quite an open air shop, never imagined it in Siberia

Excelent technical details on this simple yet beautiful place, Maria.
Contrast between green and blue, brown and yellow wooden parasol, and the people that added a vivid tone to the whole - culminate to a wonderful scene.

I remember my promises ;) And I will scan my slides soon. I think Siberia is still exotic place for the most foreign tourists. And I was there 20 years ago, I have got good memories. Which march-rout did you had? Mongolia, Russia and.. ? Thanks for this post! TFS!
Best wishes from Ural!

This scene is really vibrant, it seems to almost glow! The colors and light are a real pleasure to view. Great angle to shoot from too bringing brilliant depth into the scene.
Thanks as always

Hopefully that simply translates as "hello." :)) Just thinking of you laughing has me doing the same. jaja
What's this, a souvenir shop...why, I've never seen one near a tourist-type attraction before. And of course, that's a big lie! Everyone has to make an earning though, yeah?
As you mention, there is a nice contrast of wood color, which fits organically into the scenery of green grass and blue skies. In all of its simplicity, there's a really nice, natural touch to this picture...unassuming and genuine. Once again, very intriguing to see and learn of such far away places and cultures. I don't imagine there were any Ferrari's parked around here?? Enjoy the rest of the evening. Take it easy.
Friendly wishes (this time in English),

mismo que la estructura mas nueva no sea fea, pienso que se quedaría mejor un poco más lejos de la vieja casona. muy bueno esto punto de vista con muchos detalles para mirar.

well spotted contrast indeed. Sometimes the new buildings mixed wit the old ones do not look that nice even if the style tries to match the rest of the surroundings. The souvenir stores are a funny places and they seem to have special rules :-) I remember how in China in Jiuzghaiou the whole street got closed in the afternoon to make the traffic go through the stalls with souvenirs - it goes without saying how it slowed down the movement. This one on the picture seems not to be to busy and the presence of the people is not overwhelming.
Good POV and nice framing.
Thanks for sharing

Another excellent photo from the museum. The view up to the wooden museum house is excellent and the light superb. Nice to see some visitors around, adding nice life to the scene.
Very well done.
Wish you a nice weekend.
P.s. Thanks for comments to my BF photo. There are not many castles in BF, this was rather poor and wild area in the past (not like rich Bavaria). But the nature is outstanding. Well preserved, not overcrowded forest area. Be patient, I'll post also BF timber house later.

I like those old rustic buildings, I think they are beautiful and most of them are very durable. Good lighting control and nice details. Good to have the people for human element. Well done, tfs.

Une autre belle présentation du musée, la maison de bois a beaucoup de charme, un brun plus clair du stand de souvenir avec les personnes, j'aime ce vert qui se marie très bien avec le brun

Like the way you see things, here the strong diagonal touch is a deliberate compositional decision which leads to the museum building shrouded by a pleasing rural fresh green and especially taken in the early morning light with soft warm glow. Also interesting to note how well this 'ordinary' edifice is adapted to severe extreme temp with its humble looking design and material used. You have good detail all round, focus is pin sharp and the intensity of colours and the exposure is pretty well transforming this to an appealing scene with good people interaction to clinch the shot. Well done, Congrats
