Sidmouth, a tourist resort on the English Channel, in Devon. The gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.
A large part of the town has been designated a conservation area.
The distinctive red cliffs are sadly prone to erosion.

This shot was taken from the Connaught Gardens.A steep path leads down to the beach below.

Needless to say, that the plants in the fg were NOT part of the gardens!
