Visiting Italy often means visiting famous places and citys many men done before. Therefore its also means that many photos all ready are displayed here on TE. Since my holiday this summer was the first visit to Italy there is a lot of classics. Today I share a classical San Gimignano view, known as the city with many towers.

this is a good One ( well the most of yours are) It has a very good bluecolor in the sky, as an illustrator I would call it Preussian blue. theres no Qustion where on the earth we are, As you say it might be a popular spot and are well visited but still, everyphoto is different and if it has this quality it should be posted.

Nice composition and POV here. The repeating pattern of towers here is great. The lighting and colors are fine with excellent sharpness and DOF.
The sky provides a nice backdrop for the scene.

Yes, you are right, there are indeed a lot of pictures from San Gimignano already on TE, but from this fantastic town we always need to see more! This a slightly different view, very well saturated colours. TFS!

It's not quite like Mosebacke, but not too bad after all ;-)
Actually, this is a remarkably good picture of S G, beats most of the competitors. Epecially I like the marvellously saturated colours. It's always hard to take a picture of some very very well known place, but this shows that it's always worth a try.

this is really an amazing shot. I like how you are concentrating on the towers! The sharpness and the colours are phantastic. Congratulation!

Wonderful capture well composed with excellent control of lights. The colors are well saturated. The use of PL was wellcome. I've liked of your POV applied here, and more, the picture has a good depth. Which F/Stop did you apply for this picture? I guess that you used something around f/14, perhaps. Good job. Best regards, Consuelo

Tuscany is a wonderful region in Italy and its villages are superb subjects for good pictures!
Yours is not out of the rule, because you have captured such a wonderful sky and those medieval towers were very well seen by you and photographed just as well: excellent technical qualities - sharpness, management of light!
I really like that!
TFS - Congratulations!
