Three small sailboats and the small lighthouse of the port.

The Port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is the heart of the village. The Old harbor, current Quay Lindbergh, was built by the convicts of the penal colony of Villefranche between 1840 and 1876. In 1972, the new Marina is inaugurated. He can henceforth welcome more than 500 boats. We find numerous restaurants and businesses along quays there.
Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is situated on Côte d'Azur, between Nice and Monaco, by the Mediterranean Sea. He is occupied by 500 very luxurious, bathed villas, most under the flowers, palm trees, pines of Aleppo, olive trees.

Trois petits voiliers et le petit phare du port.

Le Port de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat est le cœur du village. Le Vieux Port, actuel Quai Lindbergh, a été construit par les forçats pensionnaires du bagne de Villefranche entre 1840 et 1876. En 1972, le nouveau Port de Plaisance est inauguré. Il peut désormais accueillir plus de 500 bateaux. On y trouve de nombreux restaurants et commerces le long des quais.

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat est situé sur la Côte d'Azur, entre Nice et Monaco, au bord de la mer Méditerranée. Il est occupé par 500 villas, la plupart très luxueuses, noyées sous les fleurs, les palmiers, les pins d'Alep, les oliviers.

Very nice captured of a beautiful small lighthouse of the port with three pretty sails in the calm sea restricted by splendid green mountain and two elderly friends sitting near the lighthouse are resting in this beautiful and peaceful port.
Excellent presentation with good perspective to get depth of field and perfect light management to obtain clarity,sharpness,nice reflects of lighthouse and natural saturated colors.

Très jolie image de cette digue sur laquelle repose cette balise, qui se reflète avec délices sur les eaux calmes du port.
Image très bien pensée avec ces trois petits voiliers, ainsi que les personnages assis à proximité du phare.

En lisant ton texte, je me dis qu'il doit y avoir des endroit pire que celui-là pour bâtir maison. J'aime beaucoup ce beau cadrage qui va chercher les belles couleurs des voiles et du phare.

Bonjour Jean-Jacques,
Tu t'en es donné à coeur joie au bord de la Grande Bleue. Les mâts des voiliers paraissent plantés sur la digue. Le reflet du fanal est superbe. Le paysage noyé sous la lumière est net et profond. Très belles couleurs. Bravo.

This is a very catchy and attractive somposition, well spotted. The colours of the lighthouse and the sails are stunning and the reflection of the tower is wonderful. The pier splits the composition in two halves which gives a very harmonious balance to the picture.

The lighthouse is well positioned on the 1/3 vertical axis at left. Good sharpness with nice reflections & wonderful warm vs cold colour contrasts between the red & blue. I like the repetition of the 3 angled windsurfers. Bon Dimanche!
