Read Ansel Adams
No man has the right to dictate what other men should perceive, create or produce, but all should be encouraged to reveal themselves, their perceptions and emotions, and to build confidence in the creative spirit.
Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution.
In project management, the term scope has two distinct uses: Project Scope and Product Scope.
Project Scope "The work that needs to be accomplished to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions."
Product Scope "The features and functions that characterize a product, service, or result."
Notice that Project Scope is more work-oriented, (the hows,) while Product Scope is more oriented toward functional requirements. (the whats.)
If requirements are not completely defined and described and if there is no effective change control in a project, scope or requirement creep may ensue.
Scope creep management is important for effective project management. Projects are expected to meet strict deadlines with resource restraints, and an unvetted and unapproved change in the scope can affect the success of the project. Scope creep sometimes causes cost overrun.
Scope creep is a term which refers to the incremental expansion of the scope of a project, which may include and introduce more requirements that may not have been a part of the initial planning of the project, while nevertheless failing to adjust schedule and budget. There are two distinct ways to separate scope creep management. The first is business scope creep, and the second is called features (also technology) scope creep. The type of scope creep management is always dependent upon on the people who create the changes.

This doesn't look like a very protected beach, so I probably wouldn't spend my holidays here, but for a photo it's nice enough. I like the frothy waves and the shining wet sand. Also, at this distance, the graffiti on the white wall suits the composition very well. The red letters or symbols are quite eye-catching.
PaulVDV (23041) 2012-03-30 10:48
The picture is certainly not a catastrophe.
The house upon the wall oversees the sea and the whole area. Very beautiful in its vertical format. Splendid colourful. The red on the wall adds more colour but personally I wish there was no graffiti at all.
Most of all I like the white foam of the waves and the small circles they make on the foreground.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Georgios ,
A beautiful composition , in this vertical format . Fin effect of the wave on the sand in the FG .
ChrisJ (100840) 2012-03-30 11:07
A good catch of the swirling fg water at left with even a little motion blur. Im not a fan of mindless grafitti as depicted here but some of the street artists are really talented. A wonderful blue sky with good sharpness & framing. Tfs!

Nice catch of the frothy waves in this beautiful corner of a beach. I see this power of nature also "encouraged" some graffiti artists "to reveal themselves, their perceptions and emotions" and their creative spirit.:)))
Just kidding:) Have a great weekend.

Un bon choix de cliché vertical qui nous permet de voir le mouvement des vagues sur la plage. Le tag sur le mur ajoute une note de couleur.
Bonne fin de journée.

Onde spumeggianti a dare movimento alla scena.

this is probably one of your most interesting compositions with a very strong message. The bold perspective is fascinating. My compliments, this time in particular for the notes!
Sergiom (63002) 2012-03-31 6:06
J'aime beaucoup le point de vue au ras du sol ou devrais-je dire de l'eau qui donne une belle profondeur à l'image qui jouit d'une luminosité superbe et de belles couleurs.

This to me is a powerful and well done photograph. The high lights, shades and shadows are very well managed in this presentation. Ansel Adams quote is well represented here.

This is a fantastic photo!
Magnifcent scenery and impressively executed and presented - great colors, sharpness, clarity, execlent POV and depth of field. The edge to the water takes your eye into the background mountains on the horizon. Congrats. Thanks for sharing. Love it.
All the best and have a nice WE,
Ps. I still have a problem with TE site.

This part of the village is spectacularly photographed. I would like to live in this house, for the splendid panorama. The light is excellent on the dike and the foam of the waves. The light, colors and sharpness are excellent. Bravo.
Have a nice evening

Ομορφη φωτο με την αφρισμενη θαλασσα να αγγιζει απαλα την ακτη και να δημιουργει ενα ωραιο αναγλυφο στην αμμο,

Kalimera dear Georgios
A fine note to accompany this very attractive photo. Surely, beauty and attraction are subjective things and what I like most is when that beauty or attractiveness differ from the norm. I think we can agree here however, that this photo is on its face attractive, well at least to my eye. Excellent vertical frame, good natural colours - I would probably have increased the contrast a little. But that is a question of personal taste.
Thanks for sharing

A spectacular composition with the waves in foreground, vivid colors and equilibrium. I think this is a lovely place. Congratulation!
All the best,

The white froth of the water is a very pleasant part of the picture and matches the clear blue sky in a very good way. The re graffity is also quite eye-catching. A very beautiful view here!
adores (38709) 2012-04-01 17:58
This beach seems different from most part of the Greek beaches we usually see!! I like the pov and the composition with the waves almost touching the wall with the graffitis. They lead our eyes to the lonely house at the end.
ikeharel (59615) 2012-04-02 23:15
Graffiti on waterfront wall, to whome this meant to be shown? to the fishs...
POV along the wall, and a mansion on far end as a wonderful location on sea-shore.
Nice place built there, on a "finger" to sea.
Didi (57740) 2012-04-04 9:45
Interesting decisive moment with the waves.
