taken on Independence Day in Delhi, 15th of August.
kite flying is a major passtime activity in Independence Day.
(technical note: this is not my camera, i was testing my friend's recently bought Nikon D300. i think it is quite a good camera with a good prime lens..)

Evren harika bir fotoğraf.Sanki bulutlar siyah beyaz kalemle çizilmiş.Gölgedeki çocuk ve uçurtması fotoğrafa dinamizim vermiş.Gökyüzündeki oluşum dünyanın sonunu andırırcasına heyecen verici an çıkarmış.

B'ful shot in B&W. These exploding pixels are the results of some advanced pp in PS I guess, but the result is gr8. One wish- I would have loved to see more of the bike...

I just love that sky! you managed a great B&W and contrast balance. I guess it's post processing. Well done. Though I am not convinced by the inclusion of the bike (I would never guess it's one if I did not read your title) and I think that the moment of shooting could have been better as again the kite looks like a black square and nothing more. Clearly, your title helps and the pic has a great potential though not fully exploited.
All the best,

Very interesting shot of delhi's sky and spirits.
Evren, no matter how good or bad a camera might be...it's the "eye" which makes all the difference. I am sure you have got that. Take care and looking forward to more interesting shots from you.
