That whole day was cloudy, grey and dull, but, still, I walked around Montréal all day long! Here I was in the JACQUES-CARTIER BRIDGE, in the SAINT HELEN ISLAND.

This is the same bridge that inspired architects in Australia to build the Story Bridge in Brisbane, which looks similar. Good lighting in the blue hour with good sharpness & some nice motion blur on the fast moving traffic. Tfs!

Trasportation in action, I'd call this. Nice taking this POV with light on as sky was cloudy and grey - that made a fine contrast inspite of the low light conditions.

Il faut venir de l'extérieur pour prendre ce genre de photos du pont Jacques Cartier. L'idée d'utiliser la courbe est excellente pour donner de la profondeur à l'image.

a pesar del día nublado y gris, en esta foto alcanzaste un gran nivel de calidad en los colores, que están bien saturados y dan una gran potencia a la composición.
Me gustan la luminosidad suave, la perspectiva de este bello puente, y el dinamismo del tráfico.
Es una bonita composición.

I like the depth and perspective achieved here in excellent composition, viewpoint and orientation. A competent framing with the prominent bridge steals the show while those moving vehicles fit the frame nicely with good sense of movements and the strenght is further enhanced by the eyecatching vivid colors. Worth the effort and you have transformed from moody to cheery day! Great photo works, Congrats

This is a fine composition, using the shape of the photo very well. The red and yellow traffic lights make a superb contrast to the green bridge, and generally the signs and lights are very fine ingredients of the composition. Of course the cars also play very important roles.

Hello Neyvan,

An excellent busy street scene which I think is probably better because of the dull wet weather!

The composition is excellent, the road curving away to the bottom right, the cars and 'buses with their lights on, the bright illuminated signs above the roadway, all with the huge structure of the bridge towering above it.

Lovely vibrant colours, perfect exposure and excellent detail and sharpness.

Hi Neyvan,

Excellent shot and really great idea for a photo. The grey weather really contributes to the attractiveness of this photo. The car headlights and their reflections on the wet road is great. A bit unlucky that the green car is partly outside the frame, but this does not matter really since it is such a good lead in to the red car. TFS and have nice weekend!

Tu as bien capturé un scène de la vie quotidienne la circulation sur le pont Jacques Cartier. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs de l'architecture du pont. La lumière de la fin de l'après-midi donne un bon contraste aux couleurs. Bon weekend.

These bridges make nice subjects to the photographers. I like the way you have captured the whole bridge with sharpness. I wish the weather was more co operative, then the image would have looked more beautiful with blue sky. I still like it with so much traffic here. Colors are very nice.

Une belle prise de vue du pont Jacques Cartier, c'était surement pas à l'heure de pointe car ça semble bien circuler. Je me demandais où tu étais pour prendre la photo mais je viens de lire que tu marchais sur le pont. Excellente composition avec le haut du pont décentré. Bon rendu des couleurs malgré un ciel plutôt grisante.
