Along the esplanade between Brighton Beach and St Kilda Beach there are benches with a coastal detail. The benches are donated to the city council by families who want to commemorate their loved ones, as each bench has a special plaque.

Hi Izabela !
Pozdrawiam, zycze milego weekend !!!

I remember with fondness the esplanade you describe from a visit a while ago,I must admit that I didn`t appreciate the details on the benches at the time, you have made an interesting photo from an everyday item, well seen and presented,

ottima idea, mi piace ed è realizzata molto bene, pochi elementi, ben posizionati, con un bel gioco di messa a fuoco.
Ottima la qualità e buona la luce.

WOW!!! The clarity of the metal work on this bench seat is fantastic - I love your perspective - the blurred out background is great allowing the eye to stay focused on what ids important & thats all at the forefront of your photo.
Well done I really like it.

Hi Izabela. We did mention you during our TE meeting and wondered where in Melbourne might you live in order to plan our next trip. Santo mentioned Werribee Park as a possibility as it has the mansion (for nice interiors and details) and African herbivores (for nature photography.) Maybe even the city as it seems to offer you inspiration. Personally I like the idea of St Kilda Esplanade plus Acland St cakes.I do like this ode to Summer with the shell ornament, the sand, sea and obviously sun. Exceptional sharpness. Pozdrawiam. Klaudio.

An original and creative composition, this is certainly a new take on a viewpoint. I really like your ingenuity here, this is really something that caught my eye. The depth of field is about as good as it gets for something like this...the background blur has such rich, solid colors and the foreground focus shows the simple beauty of this isolated section of bench. A fantastic recognition and realization to showcase this detail. The exposure has been well managed also, everything comes together splendidly. Love it!

Great detail, Izabela. You have a really strong eye for detail and for graphical composition, and combining them like this makes for a real winner of shot. Congrats!

Hi Izabela !!
I am so glad that I found this photo..... I really like it
what stand out ...... is your imagination to selected a reduced view of the bench but highlighting the cast frame with interesting curves.
and then the three dominant colours in the background........
I would say..... Fantastic
Have a nice week end
