Photographer's Note

The harira is a traditional soup of Morocco constituted by dried vegetables (lentils, chickpeas), onions and lamb. During the Ramadan, the harira is traditionally the dish of the breaking of the fast.
During the Ramadan, the harira is traditionally the dish flat of the breaking of the fast.
This day of the Aid El Fitr, the soup is also consumed, but much more early during the day.
