If you can emagine endless sand dunes, a fort on a hilltop, beautifull havelis around, you are in Jaisalmer. I find Jaisalmer is one of the most romantic place in India.
I was here during the desert fastival with an Italian friend Elvira. This was Patavon ki Haveli where we passed by an old mirror. Being a woman it was very natural that she stoped and had a look at heself. She looked very mysterous.
I asked her to stay like that. But it was not easy to shoot her because I also appeared in the mirror from any angle. Finally I set behind her, streched her shirt from left side of her waist, bent her right elbow a little to fix the camera. I spent more than half a role in hope of one perfect shot. This is what I got at last.

I like very much the faded walls, the apparition of the girl in the mirror, like in a mystic vision. There is a lot of soul in your picture and the colors are lovely! Well done!

Great captur of this ancient painting! This is the only line I would have wrote if I did not go through your note. Very creative on spot thinking and even better execution.
